Wholesale Blanket Production Timeline
Our current production schedule is available for reference (Click Here). We estimate production to take approximately 6–8 weeks from the assigned start date. Please note, these are general timelines and can vary depending on order volume, seasonal demand, and material availability.
We understand the importance of receiving your order on time, especially for team or event-based deadlines, and we do everything we can to stay on track. That said, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside of our control, such as supply chain disruptions or shipping carrier delays. We’ll keep you updated if any issues arise.
Wholesale Shipping Times
Once your blankets have completed production, they are shipped via ground shipping, which typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location within the U.S. We will provide tracking information once your order has shipped.
In Stock Blankets
Nubay Blanket Inventory, Nubay Soft Overstock and Factory Second Orders
Select products listed as in-stock inventory, including limited pieces from our Nubay Soft™ collection, are available as overruns. These blankets are already made and ready to ship, with no additional production time required. It's a great opportunity to grab a high-quality item at a faster turnaround. Orders typically leave our facility within 5 - 7 business days, and we’ll provide tracking details as soon as your package is on its way."
Retail Orders
Made To Order Sublimated Prints
Our custom sublimated products ordered through Shopify are made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for both production and delivery. Each item is designed with care and printed individually to ensure the highest quality. Because these are custom prints, colors, names, numbers, and other design elements are tailored specifically to your order, making each piece unique. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your item is on its way.
